first world terrain and player leveling system implemented

got the seams out of the terrain, just decided ’eff it and painted them out in Photoshop. what was weird was I still had some kinda seam between the tiles, but a bit of overlap where the tile repeats took care of the job.

double side tracked

i couldn’t stand it anymore so i took a brief reprieve from learning Houdini; two days, to be exact. i decided to give myself a midterm of sorts, seeing as I am around halfway through the course.

skillSet.Enhance();

it is getting harder and harder to not feel like i am wasting time here. every day that passes, where i don’t touch Unity, feels like a wasted opportunity. this seem to zip, whoosh and click when i am programming; but DCC is a completely different animal, almost a hostile one… a hostile sloth, if there is such a thing.

new monitors and slight detour

the new monitors look great and overall I am happy with my decision to buy them. still getting the proper position and angle nailed down; first time ever having two displays that match, so it kinda feels like i have to shift over, rather than turn my head, if the position isn’t just right.
