...more UI and Mecanim...

i have concluded triggers aren’t what i want for displaying UI elements… at least with my current understanding of them. during my testing i used a single trigger to flip between visibility states and encountered what i now call “the double-click problem”.

UI refinement? Mecanim xp? Idk

after deciding i needed more research and not knowing where to begin i looked at the Unity Learn pages and read everything I could find on the Animator component and Mecanim.

need more power

spent the entire day hacking away at a solution for fading between scenes and using a loading bar. feeling pretty helpless. created a bunch of problems thinking i know how to code and spent more time trying ideas out than actually getting things done.

level 1 background music complete

spent the majority of the day creating a background music loop for the first stage/world of my game. overall, i got this done way faster than i expected and am pleased.
